Here’s how to enroll your child, from choosing a Club to hearing back from our team.

Fill It Out
Complete the application and gather the information listed under What to Bring.
Return It
Turn it in to your Club’s Unit Director. A team member will notify you of your child’s application status.

Most of our Clubs are grant funded, so there is no weekly fee. We do not turn anyone away for inability to pay.
What to Bring
Have These Ready
Include the following with your application so we can process it quickly:
- A completed, signed application for each child
- Your child’s health and immunization information, including any allergies
- Emergency contacts and the adults authorized to pick up your child
- Proof of income or residency, if required by your Club’s grant program

We offer full-day summer camp Monday through Friday. Summer camp usually has a separate application, so ask your Unit Director when summer registration opens.

What ages and grades do you serve?
It depends on the Club. Some serve elementary students, some middle or high school, and the 9th Street Club serves all three. Check the grade levels on each Club card above.
How much does it cost?
Most of our Clubs are grant funded, so there is no weekly fee. The 9th Street Club has a $15 application fee and a $15 weekly fee. We never turn anyone away for inability to pay.
What if I can’t afford the fee?
Please submit your application regardless of your financial situation. We’ll work with you to make sure your child is safe and having fun after school.
What are the Club hours?
Clubs are open Monday through Friday after school during the school year, with full-day summer camp in the summer. Contact your Unit Director for your Club’s specific hours.
How does my child get to the Club?
Transportation varies by Club. Your Unit Director can explain how arrival and pickup work at their site.
Does the application cover summer camp?
Usually not. Summer camp typically has a separate application. Ask your Unit Director when summer registration opens.
What happens after I apply?
A team member will notify you of your child’s application status.
Where do I turn in the application?
Return it to the Unit Director at your Club. Contact information is listed on each Club card above.
