At the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southwest Virginia, we prioritize four core outcomes for the development of our youth: Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, Good Character and Citizenship, and Life and Workforce Readiness. Our programs empower members to excel in education, promote well-being, foster community engagement, and prepare teens for future success in college and careers.

We empower Club members to excel in their education by providing targeted support, fostering a love of learning, and equipping them with the skills and confidence necessary to achieve their academic goals.

We promote the physical and emotional well-being of our members through programs that encourage healthy eating, active living, and sound decision-making, setting the foundation for a lifetime of wellness.

We cultivate responsible, respectful, and engaged citizens by instilling strong character, promoting leadership skills, and encouraging active participation in their communities.

We prepare teens and young adults for future success by providing opportunities to explore career paths, develop essential job skills, and gain the knowledge and experience needed to thrive in the workforce.
