We’re thrilled to have you join us in Roanoke from March 24th to 26th for an experience that promises non-stop excitement. The schedule is packed with fun events, all unfolding in the heart of our charming city, surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains.

DRESS CODE
- Sunday — campus casual
- Monday morning — business for YOY Candidates – campus casual for others with YOY shirts that we will provide
- Monday afternoon — campus casual with the YOY shirt that we will provide
- Tuesday — business for YOY Candidates – business casual or business for others
Campus Semi-Casual: Jeans, khakis, skirts or shorts, moderate in length (knee length while standing and cover your thighs when seated and blouse should not show midriff, bare shoulders or chest), Boys & Girls Club polo or t-shirts clean and neatly pressed are mandatory. Pants must be worn on waist. What not to wear: • No holes or rips in jeans or shorts. • No flip-flops or hiking boots. • No yoga style or athletic fit bottoms
Business Casual: Khakis or dress pants, polo shirt or buttoned shirt with collar, moderate in length (skirt or dress should be knee-length while standing and cover your thighs when seated, and blouse should not show midriff, bare shoulders or chest). Sport coat/jacket and tie are optional. If event is in person, wear comfortable heels, flats, or dress shoes. What not to wear: • No sundresses, spaghetti straps or party dresses. • No sandals, athletic shoes or hiking boots. • No yoga style or athletic fit bottoms
Business: Pants suit with a blouse, business jacket, skirt with blouse or professional dress (skirt or dress should be knee-length while standing and cover your thighs when seated, and blouse should not show midriff, bare shoulders or chest). Dark-colored business suit with a long-sleeved dress shirt, tie or bowtie, tucked in and belted. If event is in person, wear comfortable heels, flats, or dress shoes. What not to wear: • No khaki pants, denim or polo shirts. • No sundresses, spaghetti straps or party dresses. • No sandals, athletic shoes or hiking boots. • No yoga style or athletic fit bottoms
